Ashley Manning-Brown joined Columbia Threadneedle Investments in 2008, as Head of Investment Consultants UK, managing relationships with global consultants, UK clients and pursuing business development opportunities in the UK institutional market. Prior to joining Columbia Threadneedle, Ashley worked for BNP Paribas (London and New York) on the Credit Flow Desk and in the Fixed Income Middle Office. He has also worked (in London and New York) for JPMorgan Chase, focussing on Fixed Income derivatives.
Clare Allen

Clare is a Product Specialist at Columbia Threadneedle Investments with a dual role covering Global Equities and Responsible Investment. She joined Columbia Threadneedle through the acquisition of BMO Global Asset Management (EMEA) in 2021, having previously been with BMO GAM since 2018. Prior to her current role, Clare was responsible for managing relationships with a range of global and domestic investment consulting firms. Previously, Clare worked at HSBC Global Asset Management in a variety of institutional distribution roles. She holds a BA in Business Studies and French from the University of Liverpool.
Catriona Buckley

Catriona Buckley is an Institutional Business Development Director at Gresham House plc, the specialist alternative investment manager. She is responsible for developing institutional business in the UK and Ireland with investment consultants, charities, insurance companies and pension schemes. Catriona has c.15 years’ experience building relationships and developing new business opportunities with global institutional investors. Prior to joining Gresham House, Catriona was responsible for consultant engagement with global and domestic investment consultants in the UK, and for direct client relationships in Ireland at Fidelity International. Previously, Catriona was Client Director at Pioneer Investments (now Amundi), where she managed a portfolio of institutional client, investment consultant and global strategic partner relationships. Prior to this she spent six years in a variety of roles within Allied Irish Banks, latterly as a credit analyst on the Bank’s proprietary bond trading desk. Catriona is CFA charter holder and graduated from the University of Dublin, Trinity College with a BA Hons in Business and Economics.
James Lindsay

James Lindsay is a Director at Natixis Investment Management, representing the firms various affiliates across the UK Institutional market. He is responsible for developing and managing relationships with UK based consultants, as well as direct prospecting with DB Pension Schemes, Charities and Family Offices. James joined Natixis Investment Management in 2020 from Western Asset Management, where he was Head of UK Institutional Sales. Prior to Western, he was a Client Director and Legal & General Investment Managements for 6 years, where he was responsible for managing relationships for large DB and DC UK Pension Schemes across asset classes including LDI, Fixed Income, Equities and Real Assets. Finally he held roles at Mesirow Financial and JP Morgan. James graduated from the University of Glasgow in July 2008 where he received a BSc in Virology and is also a CFA charterholder.

Simon Males is Executive Director at Tikehau Capital, the €38bn global alternative asset management group, and leads the firm’s UK institutional business. He is a member of the Board of AIMSE Europe and has previously been a member of its Advisory Council since 2013. Simon has over three decades experience working within the UK institutional market, including leadership roles at global asset management firms such as Legal & General Investment Management, PGIM, Pictet Asset Management and F&C (BMO). Simon is a serving Trustee and Board Director of two UK Charities (North London Hospice and The Pemberton-Barnes Trust) and has previously served as a Trustee of a £130m UK Defined Benefit corporate pension plan. Simon holds an MBA from London Metropolitan University and several Professional Qualifications, including the IMC.
Jignasa Patel

Jignasa leads the business development team at AMX, having joined in 2019. Previously at Willis Towers Watson as a senior research consultant in their investment consulting team, Jignasa worked in both their Sydney and London offices. Prior to joining Willis Towers Watson, Jignasa worked for Mercer Investment Consulting, initially joining the client consulting team where she focused on general investment consulting, but predominantly working in the London-based central research team as a dedicated manager researcher, across different asset clases. Jignasa is a CFA charterholder and graduated from the University of Sheffield (UK) in 1996 with a BA (Hons) in History.

Henry joined the Prudential Group in 2011. His primary focus is now developing our Institutional Fixed Income business in the UK with Consultants and Pension Funds. Henry initially joined the group on its global leadership programme “Momentum”. Prior to this Henry was a British Army Officer for five years and served on operations in Afghanistan with the Gurkhas. He graduated from the University of Edinburgh with a MA (Hons) in History in 2006. He holds a Certificate in Business Accounting (CIMA) and is a CFA Charterholder.

Lindsey is Head of UK Consultant Relations with responsibility for LGIM’s strategic relationships with investment consultants and professional independent trustees. Lindsey joined LGIM in 2015 from the credit specialist Cairn Capital where she had the role of UK Institutional Sales and Consultant Relations. Prior to that, she ran Investor Relations at Credaris and previously managed Consultant Relations at the London hedge fund, BlueCrest Capital. Lindsey graduated from the University of Leicester and holds a BSc in Communications, is a charter holder of the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst Association and holds the IMC.

Prior to joining Dimensional I May 2011, Tim was a director and head of consultant relations at UBP. Before that, he worked at Credit Suisse Asset Management for five years in European wholesale marking and as a consultant relations manager within UK Institutional. Tim began his career in asset management at HSBC, where he worked within the UK sales team. He graduated with honors in history from the University of Wales.

Her role covers Global & UK Consultants as well as Fiduciary Managers across Research, Advisory and Fiduciary activities. ” Laura joined the Natixis Group in 2004, where she spent over 10 years working at the Paris-based affiliate, Natixis Asset Management. During her time in France, she undertook various roles in Marketing, including managing the fixed-income firm-wide product line. Laura also headed the International Institutional Support team, which included international RFP and database completion as well as firm-wide entry point for Consultant related demands. Prior to joining the Natixis Group, Laura worked within the Private Equity arena, in sales and marketing positions. Laura graduated from the European Business School and Dauphine University – France.
