Lindsey is the founder of Rebel Consulting, a strategic consulting business focused on enabling the growth of diverse businesses and supporting the flow of capital to deliver better outcomes for all. She is also working for ImpactA Global, a women-led, impact focused infrastructure debt specialist, on their distribution and marketing.

Lindsey has extensive experience as a senior leader in the distribution of asset management products and management of strategic client relationships, latterly as Head of Consultant and Professional Trustee relationships at Legal & General Investment Management. Previously she worked on Investor Relations at Cairn Capital and Credaris, both alternative credit boutiques having started her finance career at BlueCrest Capital.

Lindsey holds a number of additional appointments. She is an Ambassador of the Diversity Project (DP), Co-Lead of the Mental Health Workstream for the DP and board member for the Asset Owners Diversity Charter, Advisory Board for E2W, Advisory Council for AIMSE and is a Trustee for the Poppy Academy Trust as well as being a Mental Health First Aider. A holder of the CAIA and IMC, and BSc in Communication from the University of Leicester. Last but not least, a proud mum of two young girls.
